Structured Reading & Spelling: Certified Bridge Class is a 6-hour virtual or in-person course that equips CALTs and C-SLDS to support older learners. Prior to the live session, participants are required to complete a 30-minute, asynchronous video module reviewing the essentials of structured literacy to establish a foundation and examine the impact of limited literacy skills on adolescents and adults. The 6-hour class then explores research-based instructional methods tailored to adolescent and adult learners.
